We also wish to be a portal and center for the exchange of information related to the field. We believe in the humane treatment of all animals and will never knowingly help a company or individual that hurts or endangers animals in any way. However, because many features and ads within the system will be placed by independent sources, we cannot and do not make any guarantees or claims of accuracy. You agree to do your own due diligence with any information or advertisement posted on our site.

Quick Links, Articles, Classifieds, Text Ads, and Banner Ads

BuyReptiles offers several programs to assist you in communicating about your goods and services as well as communicating to the general community. Some of these services are free and some are for a fee. We reserve complete discretion as to which ads, articles, and/or links that we accept and publish.

If we feel that a user is taking unfair advantage of our system we reserve the right to remove their advertisement and to issue a pro-rata refund. For free services or articles, we reserve the right to remove any item at our own discretion and for any reason in our sole judgment. We don't wish to be overly restrictive but we wish to protect ourselves and our visitors with our best efforts.

Prohibited Practices

We do not allow obscene ads or materials nor any of the following: hate, sexual, racial, personal or religious attacks of any kind, We also discourage multiple log ins or the posting of ads under more than one user ID.

Any practice that interferes with the spirit or community of our website, in our sole judgment will be cause for deletion of ads, posts, or links and possible banning from our site.

To post pictures, you are warranting that you have permission to do so or that you are the rightful owner of any copyrights.

Agreement

You agree that this agreement between you and Personaweb, Inc. falls under the laws of the State of California, County of San Bernardino. By using our site, you are agreeing to all the above Terms and Conditions.
